Miscellaneous Photography - Sporting Events, Travel, Landscapes
This page is simply here to display a selection of photographs I've taken that I really like and want to show people...but just don't fit into any of my other galleries! Enjoy.
The images here demonstrate a variety of styles and themes; from travel photography to pet portraits, from high octane sporting events to local Essex landscapes. My keen photographer's eye means that even when I'm not officially working, I am still on the lookout for a beautiful image to capture.
To some photography in Essex could seem rather boring...but whether it's atmospheric, graphic black and white shots or vibrant full colour images we are constantly surrounded by things of beauty - even sometimes hidden in the most mundane of situations. You just have to look closely enough. Sometimes a unique viewpoint is all that is needed to make a plain object or situation look quirky or magical; a wide angled lens when you wouldn't usually think to use it or a slow shutter speed to capture the blur of movement. Maybe even hop up a stepladder... it's all about having a new and exciting viewpoint.
Creativity is not something you can buy; it's born in you and something to be nurtured and constantly developed. That's what I try to do with my photography - from weddings to portraits, events to products - everything captured at it's best.
